Processing Time (Order Handling)

All caps & hats will be processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Customized / Made-to-Order hats (e.g., custom embroidery, custom patches, personalized text) may require an additional 3 – 10 business days before shipping.

Standard Shipping

Orders typically take 7 – 18 business days to reach you after dispatch.

Express Shipping

Orders typically take 3 – 8 business days to reach you after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather, and carrier operations.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can estimate your shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and be displayed at checkout.


WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We provide worldwide shipping.


MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME

Shipping may be delayed by 5 – 10 business days during seasonal peaks (New Year’s, Christmas, major sales events) or due to unexpected events (carrier disruptions, customs delays, public health issues, etc.). In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and will do our best to support you.

If an order is more than 25 days late (from the shipping date), we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A 100% refund of the order value (at our discretion depending on tracking status and carrier confirmation).


IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER AFTER PAY?

Please be aware that changes to order information (such as address, size, color), cancellation requests, etc. can be done free of charge within 24 hours after your order is successfully paid. After that time, we cannot guarantee that an adjustment will be processed, especially if the order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.


CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.


DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may be longer depending on the carrier and destination.


WILL I BE CHARGED VAT / DUTIES / TAXES?

International customers are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees that your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are transferred to your local carrier or government and are not collected by LEMIWEAR, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. The recipient must pay all applicable fees to receive the parcel. Since we cannot advise the exact amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax agent for rates and details.

Please note that DHL Express (or UPS) may pay duties/taxes on your behalf when the shipment enters your country to speed up delivery. The goods are released to you only upon full repayment of any duties and taxes paid on your behalf. In some cases, you may receive an invoice from DHL/UPS after delivery for those charges plus a small administrative fee.

Items sent via DHL Express (or UPS) cannot be “returned to sender.” It is the customer’s responsibility to understand local duties/taxes that may be due on arrival (for international orders). We cannot provide a refund if the customer refuses the package upon delivery due to duties/taxes.
